Thank you to the Long Point Lioness Lions for their generous donation of $1,100 dollars raised by their bus trip to St. Jacobs. This donation continues to show the community support for the hospice and we couldn’t be more proud.
NHCH Holiday Hours
We at NHCH understand the importance of family and taking the time to pause and be with the ones you love over the holiday season, with this in mind Norfolk Haldimand Community Hospice will close December 24th 2025 at 12pm and will resume regular hours on Monday January 5th 2026 to give our staff and volunteers some much deserved time off. Phones and emails will still be monitored over the holiday season and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding and from the Board, the staff, and the volunteers of Norfolk Haldimand Community Hospice we wish you a very happy holiday season!
