Norfolk Haldimand Community Hospice (NHCH) currently provides hospice palliative care education, compassionate caregiver and family support, bereavement services, and spiritual care as well as adult and children’s grief
programs. The focus of our fundraising efforts is to be able to continue to provide these supports and raise awareness while we work towards the reality of a bricks and mortar Centre for Hospice Palliative Care in HN.

On Sunday June 1st, our third annual NHCH Hike for Hospice will take place at Silver Lake in Port Dover. We believe that your business would be an excellent partner in this endeavor, and we invite you to join us as a sponsor.
