The death of a loved one is difficult at any age. Children can feel especially isolated and struggle in finding the coping skills to navigate this challenging experience. Being with other bereaved children helps to normalize grief and remind children they are not alone.

Through art, music, play and discussion our goal is to provide children with:
- An opportunity to share their thoughts and feelings related to the death of their loved one.
- A safe, caring and nonjudgemental supportive space to know they are not alone in their grief.
- Normalize the grieving experience by being with other bereaved children.
- Help in building and maintaining coping skills for life.
